Integrated Solutions
FoodCourt is just the lastest in a long line of applications built on a robust and proven engine developed by IMSCart. As all these applications use the same basic engine, they can be strapped together to form a seamless solution for facilities requiring additional features. Examples of industries that will benefit from this include hotels, tour operators, ferry boat operators with an onboard restaurant and/or gift shop, promoters of dinner and dance or dinner and a show events, up-market bed and breakfast offering gourmet dining, resorts, etc.
Any one of the following modules can be added to the application, giving flexibility and expandability far beyond anything else available in the industry, and as they all use the same basic engine, for far less than you would imagine possible. All the modules listed below can be used stand-alone, or combined with any other module listed. They all come standard with newsletter, affiliate, contact and coupon facilities:
Shopping Cart:
A powerful shopping cart, which can be used for any application requiring a robust, flexible and customizable shopping cart. Current applications include furniture stores, hotel gift shops, etc.
Hotel Reservations
A powerful reservations module, allowing customers to make a reservation by date, room type, and duration of stay.
Tour Reservations:
Robust and flexible, the tour reservations module provides everything required for clients to select their tour package and make their reservation online, and the optional ticket module enables them to print out their ticket from their home computer.
Ticket Module:
Prints out a 2D ticket (3D will be launched early 2008) for clients to use at events, for transportation, and other ticket events and tours. Tickets are scanned at events and marked as "used" to prevent fraudulent use. Bus companies utilize this feature with the installation of a laptop, handheld scanner, and wireless Internet connection, providing live collection data retrieval and collection.
Mapping Module:
Our powerful mapping module enables stadium and theater owners, bus companies, restaurant owners, etc., to present a pictorial layout of their seating arrangements to their Internet customers. Customers can click on their preferred seats, reserve and pay for their seats online and print their tickets, all from the comfort of their home or office.
Rental Module:
Ideal for any form of rental, including car, boat, ski, equipment, etc. Customers can make reservations and pay online for the time, date and duration required. Using the optional ticket module, they also have the ability to print out a ticket as proof of rental.
By combining any or all of the above applications, it enables us to build a comprehensive solution covering the most exhaustive requirement. For example, an hotel could allow its online customers to make their room reservation, preorder dinner and select the table they'd like in the restaurant, book a tour or perhaps a show and select their seating arrangements, buy some souveniers from the giftshop, and order a bottle of champagne to be waiting for them in their room. All this is possible using a combination of modules, allowing your customers to arrange their holiday from the comfort of their home. |
